1. Lifter, washing and peeling section:
The fresh cassava roots transported by the conveyor into the feeder of the cleaning machine,then cleaning and peeling machine will remove the dirt and other foreign matters completely, and then the cleaning cassava in a temporarystorage hopper into the next procedurethe grinding and rasping section automatically.There are several kinds of washing and peeling machine in Bizoe Machinery, such as paddletype washing and peeing machine, inclined squirrel cage washing and peeling machine,brushing type washing and peeling machine. When the three kinds of washing and peeling machine all be used, the washing and peeling efficiency will be higher.
2. Cassava Grating section:
The grinding is the most important part of cassava flour extraction. Bizoe adopts advanced cassavaprimary grinder with high efficiency. After the cassava slurry can be reached 80-200mesh, and the grinding mesh can be adjustable. the flour extracting rate is about 30%.
3. Flour dehydration Section:
According to local habit, the grating cassava can be fermentation or not. Then cassava slurry need to be dehydration. The main flour dehydration machine has press dehydration machine and belt dehydration machine. The press dehydration machine is used for small capacity, while belt dehydration machine is used for large capacity. These two kind of machine is easy operate, and all machine contact part is stainless steel, which can meet the quality of food production. After dehydration, the moisture is about 45%.
4. Flour drying and packaging section:
After dehydration, the flour including 45%moisture; so in order to reach the A grade flour, it need to dry. After drying, the flour moisture is about 13%, then flour can be weight and package into 5-5000g/bag or 5-50kg/bag, the whole operate is easy and saving labors.
